Our Process

We mold hard to find dimensions and cross-sections from high-performance engineering thermoplastics. Our hybrid process synergistically combines benefits from the big 3 conventional molding methods: extrusion, injection, and compression molding to provide exceptional results.  Production runs can be from single digits to thousands.  We offer inert drying, annealing, and stringent QA and NDT examination to ensure quality parts free from defects.
