These terms govern quotes, orders and deliveries between Specialty Polymers USA and its customers. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Quotations
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are based on the drawings, quantities and materials supplied at the time of quoting.
Changes to drawings, tolerances or quantities after a quote is issued may change the price and lead time.
2. Orders and acceptance
An order is accepted when we send a written order confirmation. We may decline orders we cannot manufacture to the required specification.
3. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates made in good faith. We will tell you promptly about any expected delay and agree a revised date with you.
Risk passes to you on delivery to the agreed address. Title passes when the invoice is paid in full.
4. Inspection and returns
Please inspect parts within 14 days of delivery. Report any non-conformance in writing with the order number and photographs so we can investigate.
Parts made to your design are non-returnable unless they fail to meet the agreed specification.
5. Payment
Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Specialty Polymers USA is registered.
